Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can be refunded (with the exception of the forwarding fee), returning the item (s) in their original packaging within 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order (Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code), without penalty, except for the cost of return. 

This is not mandatory to use this right, but we thank you for contacting us beforehand (via the contact form) to facilitate the return of the product. This must be done in the same way as the one used for the original shipment of the order.

You will be refunded the full amount of the returned product and any shipping charges paid during the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the returned order (excluding weekends, holidays and holiday periods). However, products that have been purchased with a discount, incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled are not taken back or refunded: you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you, at your expense. In the case of returning a product that is part of an order with multiple items, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please also note that in accordance with Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that we will not be able to pick up made-to-measure products at your request if they do not suit you. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order at any time while it has not been processed or before its manufacture if it is a custom-made order or customized to your specifications, incurring €15.00 of charges. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. We will not be responsible for any errors in your delivery address. 

CLAIMS

In case of a problem with an order, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the order - or 30 days from the date of order in case of non-receipt of the latter - for submitting a claim. We will do our best to find an amicable solution.
